Before training, a COMPLIMENTARY personal assessment will
be conducted
with special consideration to injuries and past history.
Sessions may include:
*A cardio warm up.
*Balance and Core training needs.
*Strength and Resistance training.
*Speed, Quickness and Agility training
And…
*A wonderful, relaxing assisted stretch.
All sessions are tailored to suit YOU, the client.
Your results are my results. I take pride in that!
Private Yoga is also an option at the regular training rate.
Personal Training Rates:
Session Duration - 1 hour (1/2
hour option also available).
*all sessions must be prepaid in full prior to training*
24 hour cancellation policy.
Single session - $75
2 or more sessions - $70 per
NO MEMBERSHIP FEE REQUIRED
*Best results are seen in clients performing weight training
and bodywork 2-3 times per week.
