Personal training at it’s best!

Gwen is an E-RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor, an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Ayurveda Educator from the American Institute of Vedic Studies.

She has 18 years Yoga experience and 7 years personal training experience at all levels of fitness.

Gwen combines common sense Ayurvedic nutritional guidance with cutting edge training techniques to provide a solid foundation for positive lifestyle changes.

Changes to last a lifetime.

Fitness is no longer about having a “hot body”, or “rock hard abs”.
These are shallow goals that fade with time.
Today’s fitness is more about health and wellness. Today’s fitness is about living a long, happy and healthy life, feeling great at any age, and being alive and present in your body. Health and wellness are about enjoying what the body is capable of doing; focusing on the positive gifts, rather than focusing on the body’s limitations. I can help you develop to your full potential and make the most out of the body you have now, becoming the best you that you can be!

Before training, a COMPLIMENTARY personal assessment will be conducted
with special consideration to injuries and past history.


Sessions may include:
*A cardio warm up.
*Balance and Core training needs.
*Strength and Resistance training.
*Speed, Quickness and Agility training
And…
*A wonderful, relaxing assisted stretch.
All sessions are tailored to suit YOU, the client.
Your results are my results. I take pride in that!
Private Yoga is also an option at the regular training rate.


NO MEMBERSHIP FEE REQUIRED

*Best results are seen in clients performing weight training and bodywork 2-3 times per week.
