Yoga etiquette:
Please arrive 10 minutes before class and roll out mat quietly.
Please leave shoes at the door.
Practice in bare feet. Socks can be worn for the opening meditation.
Please no heavy perfumes or deodorants.
No cell phones or pagers.
Please no conversing during the class session.
Please refrain from comparing yourself to your fellow Yogis.
Please let go of your ego and self-judgment.
Please breath deep and relax and leave your worries outside the studio door.
