Power Yoga and Personal Training

Yoga etiquette:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class and roll out mat quietly.
  • Please leave shoes at the door.
  • Practice in bare feet. Socks can be worn for the opening meditation.
  • Please no heavy perfumes or deodorants.
  • No cell phones or pagers.
  • Please no conversing during the class session.
  • Please refrain from comparing yourself to your fellow Yogis.
  • Please let go of your ego and self-judgment.
  • Please breath deep and relax and leave your worries outside the studio door.
