GWEN LINDEN-BRUZEK

Gwen is an E-RYT 200 Yoga instructor and leads the teacher Training Program at Green Lotus Yoga and Healing Center of Lakeville. www.greenlotusyogactr.com

She received her certification in Yoga from The White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA with Ganga White and Tracey Rich.

She has been practicing Yoga for 18 years and has been teaching yoga for 8 years in homes, studios, gyms, and businesses around the Metro Area.

Gwen is certified through NASM, Yoga Alliance, The American Institute of Vedic Studies and is CPR, First Aid Certified as well.
She has been personal training for 7 years and currently is honored to join the tremendous training staff as an independent contractor at

Life Wellness Center in Lakeville Minnesota.
