GWEN LINDEN-BRUZEK

Gwen has happily landed in Minnesota after 10 years of traveling as a stage performer. While singing and dancing she always had her Yoga mat to keep her grounded and balanced in more ways than one. Gwen practiced and studied yoga all over the world from Europe, to Oman to China and now is happy to have landed here at Life Wellness Center in Lakeville.

Gwen is an NASM certified Personal Trainer and received her certification in Yoga from The White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA with Ganga White and Tracey Rich.

She has been practicing Yoga for 15 years and has been teaching yoga for 6 years in homes, studios and gyms around the Metro Area.
She has been personal training for 4 years.

Simply put, Yoga has changed and defined her life.

Gwen knows that EVERYBODY can benefit from a Yoga practice. One does not need to be thin and flexible to make Yoga a part of his or her life. The practice meets you where you are at. The poses are tools not goals.

Given a chance, Yoga will help you feel a bit more fearless, more comfortable in your skin, and happy to be alive. It brings a certain peace that surpasses all understanding.

Yoga is about getting to know yourself through breathing and moving.
It really is as simple as that.
Feeling good about oneself is absolute power.

I know from experience...since leaving the area and gym that I first met her at, I've been having "Gwen withdrawal"!
